New Programs


Now you can see and download programs on our progran page. These programs are:

dump animations from jp-emerald (source included)
pokemon cry editor and dumper (source included)
Savegame checksum corrector (use -MAX for new games that usually works) (source included)

Chained Shinies again


No it's not about pAC this time but I tested how common they are and came up with

where n is the length of the chain but 40 at max.
So as a rule of thumb to get a value in percent you could use:
P = 0,5% / (41 - n)
It's worth getting the chain to exactly 40, since the odds double from 39 to 40 after that i'd suggest you only use the radar until you find a shiny spot.

I don't know if there is any interest in a derivation of that formula if there is i'd write a small pdf article but if it's all common knowledge anyway i guess i could spare that. please tell me if you'd read that in the comments.
