The movie begins as Tom Kan ( Ekin Cheng ) one of Hong Kong's top hairstylists is being interviewed by a late night female DJ Kitty( Kui Wing ). Tom Kan is renown for his conquests of women and he determines to make Kitty the next on his list.

The next vingnette introduces us to Fred ( Michael Wong ), the son of a prominent village leader. Fred has returned to Hong Kong after studying in England, where he met his current girlfriend Ruby (Ruby Wong) who is working as a reporter.The men of the village are very chauvinistic and do not consider that women have anything meaningful to say. Fred unfortunately, wants his girlfriend to abide by these rules too.
Finally we meet Bo ( Cheung Tak-Ming ) who is the proprietor of a pet shop. He uses a sniveling, hard luck story approach to acquire the sympathies of women so that he can sell the pets. He has a steady girlfriend, but when she tells him she is pregnant, his idea of being responsible is to give her the train fare to go and get rid of it.

Kitty does indeed take Tom up on his offer to style her hair, how ever he uses the appointment to date her. Tom and his buddy Brad have an ongoing competition to see who can be the first to date 100 women. Pinky, one of Brad's clients, has a crush on Tom, but he does all he can to avoid her.

Needless to say, all three are about to get punished for their bad behavior. One evening, as chance would have it, they spy a beautiful girl ( Shu Qi ) in a gas station, following her, they find themselves on a bus ride straight to Hell. Fortunately, Hell is full and there is no room for them, so they are sent back to Earth with just a small punishment, which they quickly discover means that they are missing an important part of their anatomy.

Tom also finds that he has been betrayed by his friend, who has sold pictures of his relationship with Kitty to a prominent magazine. Kitty of course is less than thrilled and wants nothing more to do with him. Tom, unfortunately, now realizes that he does indeed love her.

At first they are in total shock, but them realize they just have to deal with the situation.Eventually, the messenger from Hell ( Louis Koo )turns up and tells them that issimple to reverse the situation and to be made whole. There is just one problem, they must find a woman they love and get her to love them too. Sounds easy, but each finds that to get a woman to love them is harder than they thought.

In an attempt to find Kitty and prove his love for her. Tom agrees to take over her radio program. Discovering Tom's secret, his jealous rival at the radio station is determined to expose him in order to improve his own standing at the station. He persuades the boss to set up an outside broadcast at a nearby mall.

The three come to realize how badly they have treated their respective girlfriends. With only one day left before their fate becomes permanent, each resolves to tell their girlfriend that they do indeed respect them. Once at the outside broadcast, and their secret exposed, the three get the chance to make amends. Though the incident is indeed particularly embarrassing, Bo and Fred are able to make up with their girls. Tom sees Kitty leaving the mall and rushes after her. The three finally find that their girlfriends do indeed love the new improved men, especially now that they have a new appreciation of women. Body parts are restored and everyone, lives happily ever after. ^{Ref 1}

This movie consists of a huge number of celebrities making guest appearances. Apparently, this movie was made to raise money for Ng Chi-Hung 吳志雄 (Young And Dangerous 1) who went bankrupt earlier on in the year. The cast and the crew only charged a friendship fee to maximize the profit.
